Warranty

For electronic controller, please complete and return the warranty card within 15 days from date of purchase to validate this warranty.

For a limited warranty of 1 year labour and parts from the date of purchase, CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) reserves the right to repair or replace the defective ConforTeck product free of charge if defective in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty does not include damage caused by accidents, neglect, misuse or improper installation or operation or removal of Serial Number or any modification made to the seal of protection. Do not immerse in water. Any use in excess of the specifications shall be deemed abuse and all repairs thereafter shall be sole liability of the end-user / purchaser.

CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent that any warranties implied by law cannot be validly waived.

No oral or written information, advice or representation provided by CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) its Authorized Service Centres, Distributors, Dealers, Agents or employees, shall create another warranty or modify this warranty. This warranty states CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) 's entire liability and your exclusive remedy against CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) for any failure of the ConforTeck to operate properly.

Neither CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) nor anyone else involved in the development, production, or delivery of this ConforTeck product shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the product, even if advised by the end user / purchaser of the possibility of such damages. Since some Provinces do not allow the above limitation of liability, such limitation may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from Province to Province.

Return of damaged merchandise
CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) warrants this product to be free from defective labour. Along with the product to return, you must enclose a copy of your receipt. For any defective product, CLD Inc. (Cité Logique Drummond) reserves the right to choose to repair or replace the product. Any misuse of the product or modification made to the seal of protection will automatically void the warranty. Customer must assume shipping costs.

Before returning any product, you must get a return number from our customer service by e-mail or by phone at: 819-477-3266. Have on hand the serial number of the product. Ex: D002371A. Your product serial number can be found on the back of the box, below the Velcro™ . Give us a brief description of the problem. Each return number is unique and valid for a 10 labour day period. The product should get to our service facility within this period. Clearly identify the return number on the delivery slip as well as on the shipping box. If the product is sent with no return number, we will have no choice but to send it back to the shipper at his own expenses. The product must be returned in its original box along with all accessories and manuals, except for the mobile Velcro ™.
IMPORTANT: Return will not be accepted if some of the parts are missing (except for mobile Velcro™).

Satisfaction guaranteed
Refund for non defective products is possible within the 10 days period following the purchase. Complete packages (not damaged, as new) must include a return number. See notice for non defective merchandise return for procedure to obtain your return number. Note that shipping cost for return of merchandise and a 5% storage fee will be charged to the customer and deducted from refund. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for refund to be credited on the credit card. For a purchase made by postal money order, a check to the amount of the refund will be sent to the customer. Retailers are free to offer or not "satisfaction guaranteed"
