Serial number is on the back of the box, below the Velcro ™.

My ConforTeck does not work?
Verify connection to the 12 Vdc outlet. Press ON / OFF button. If LEDs are not on, verify battery voltage as well as the fuse that powers your 12 Vdc outlet. Also verify fuse inside the power jack of your ConforTeck.

My ConforTeck words only when pressing ON / OFF button and shuts off when releasing the button?
In case of a short-circuit on insoles, handles or thumb heater's outputs, your ConforTeck will automatically shut off. Find and repair short-circuit and your ConforTeck will start working normally again. Note that your ConforTeck will also automatically stop if battery power is too low. Verify battery power and replace it if needed.

How to control temperature?
Press heat decrease and increase buttons (boots, thumb or handles).

How to plug my handles and thumb heaters?
